MIDONE:Dear Customer, to protect your serrated or smooth blade from rusting, you can take the following steps: 1. Hand wash and dry the blade immediately after each use, particularly if it has come into contact with acidic foods like citrus fruits or tomatoes. This will help to prevent any moisture or acidic residue from remaining on the blade and causing corrosion. 2. Store your knife in a dry place, away from moisture and humidity. Avoid storing it in a damp sink or dish rack, and instead keep it in a knife block or on a magnetic knife strip. 3. Avoid leaving your knife in water or soaking it for extended periods of time. This can cause the blade to rust or corrode. 4. Regularly oil your blade with food-grade oil or mineral oil to help prevent rust and protect the metal. Simply wipe a small amount of oil onto the blade and use a clean cloth to buff it in. 5. If you notice any rust or discoloration on your blade, use a mixture of baking soda and water to gently scrub the affected area. Rinse the blade thoroughly and dry it completely before storing it. it in
MIDONE:Dear Customer, You can search the ASIN: B0B8MPYJW6 (Round Blade) and B0B8MQ5MLM (Serrated Blade) on Amazon. If you meet issues with your blades, you can contact seller to get a replacement
MIDONE:Yes, with the exception of meats with bones and foods with hard pits, our slicer can be used to cut most foods and vegetables. We provide two different types of blades to accommodate different cutting needs for various foods.
Alexa:Yes, the blade comes off and you can wash it. The rest of the surfaces are easy to clean in my opinion as there are no nooks and crannies where food would get stuck. I clean it by the sink with soap and enough water with paper towels and then rinse with wet paper towels. I do not submerge the slicer in water but use enough that the slicer gets clean from all the meat. Hope that helps
MIDONE:The cutting range of our slicer is from 0 to 3/5 inches (0-15mm), with a maximum size of 3/5 inches. Within this range, you can easily adjust the slicing thickness to meet different needs.
Katherine Veilleux:What steel are these knives made of? Answer:Hi, these knives are made of German high-quality stainless-steel coated with nonstick paint plus ergonomic PP handles. This means that there are no rust, stains or pitting here!
Brandi:NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER put a knife in a dishwasher. EVER! Stainless steel used for knives is not the same stainless steel used for your dinner ware. Even if it takes a long time to rust, running a knife through a dishwasher affects the edge. It will make it dull over time and you'll be sharpening it more often. But eventually it WILL get ruined with spots or rust if you run knives through the dishwasher
Dana Evans:There are a little grommets at the bottom silver and color that you can unscrew and then clean with a damp sponge
MIDONE:Hello, friend, may i give you some tips,? We also use our own brand of knives. I only go to the kitchen twice a week. I have used them for almost 8 months, and the knives are still very sharp. If you use knives very frequently, it is recommended that you use a whetstone frequently, and the knives will still be as sharp after sharpening
LaTroy Fitzpatrick:One side is high-strength compression alloy and the other side is diamond. I have used it for those knives after I have used them over a week and for my other knives from a different set and the sharpener works very well with both. I only have to swipe the knives a few times in each slot and the knives are as good as new. I like it
MIDONE:hello friend,we dont sell an individual knife, but we can replace a new set for you, please contact us though amazon buyer email if you need
